We are looking for a motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role you'll lead and optimise our recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to drive our company’s growth and success.
In your day-to-day work you will design and implement strategic hiring initiatives, build robust talent pipelines, and collaborate with leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals. You will oversee the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices

- Partner with leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives
