The Role
We are looking for a motivated Head of People (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the organisational culture, ensuring it aligns with the company's values and business goals. You will develop and oversee strategies for talent management, employee engagement, employee development, and internal communications, creating a cohesive and positive work environment.
Your focus will be on designing and implementing policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. The role involves close collaboration with senior management to align human resources practices with the organisation's strategic objectives. Additionally, managing People experience & internal communication to ensure clear, consistent, and transparent messaging across all levels of the company.

- Owning day-to-day People Operations and development topics and tools
- Leverage data analytics to inform HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) decisions, optimising talent management processes, enhancing workforce planning, and improving employee experience and outcomes through evidence-based strategies
