The Role
We are looking for a motivated Head of People (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the organisational culture, ensuring it aligns with the company's values and business goals. You will develop and oversee strategies for talent management, employee engagement, employee development, and internal communications, creating a cohesive and positive work environment. 

Your focus will be on designing and implementing policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. The role involves close collaboration with senior management to align human resources practices with the organisation's strategic objectives. Additionally, managing People experience & internal communication to ensure clear, consistent, and transparent messaging across all levels of the company.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for talent acquisition, People development & Operations, retention, and succession planning
  • Develop and implement initiatives that nurture a positive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace culture, aligning with the company's core values to enhance employee engagement and support
  • Lead the development and communication of HR policies and procedures that support the organisation's goals and comply with legal standards
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate people and culture strategies with the company's overall strategic planning and operational execution
  • Manage People teams to enhance transparency, facilitate effective information flow, and build a sense of community among employees
  • Owning day-to-day People Operations and development topics and tools
  • Leverage data analytics to inform HR and Talent Acquisition (TA) decisions, optimising talent management processes, enhancing workforce planning, and improving employee experience and outcomes through evidence-based strategies
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in People Organisation, with at least +3 years in a leadership role with a focus on People topics, culture and communications
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful People strategies that align with business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, diversity and inclusion practices, and industry standards
  • Proven track record in managing talent development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels
  • Experience in change management and the ability to lead an organisation through growth or transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Fluency in both English & German
