Founder's Associate (m/f/d)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Founder's Associate (m/f/d) to the CEO who can navigate the complexities of a dynamic defense tech company. As the interface between management, technical departments, and sales, you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of all facets of a start-up. 

This role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from attending high-level strategy discussions with stakeholders to practical hands-on tasks that include office management, inventory oversight, and technical planning and preparation for product demonstrations.

  • Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and communications
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritising requests and inquiries
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives that reflect the dynamic nature of a tech start-up
  • Office management responsibilities: Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, verifying orders, and managing the receipt of goods
Your Profile
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, ideally with a practical technical background
  • A keen interest in technology and the ability to understand hands-on technical aspects of the company's work
  • Strong educational background in a relevant field, which can include both technical and business-related degrees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel as required
