People Operations Manager (m/f/d)

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated People Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our P&C team.

In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining our people operations processes and tools, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and have the opportunity to contribute to various P&C topics.

Address people operations queries from employees promptly and accurately, ensuring clear communication and understanding of policies and procedures
Efficiently manage all personnel operations including payroll and HR practices
Ensure compliance with German labor laws and standards
Lead initiatives that support people and culture projects across the organisation
Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
Utilise HR analytics to gain insights into employee performance and trends for continuous improvement
Support the visa and relocation processes as needed
Drive digital transformation in HR and modernise legacy systems through strategic innovation

Your Profile

4+ years of experience in People Operations or a related field, preferably within a tech environment
A strong understanding of German labor laws, payroll management, and HR practices
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Experience with HRIS and other People systems is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both German & English are required
