The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Jr. Sales Support Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and grow their career in sales processes & robotics.

In your day-to-day work, you'll focus on developing and optimising sales processes, managing the full tender lifecycle, generating accurate sales reports, and providing insightful sales forecasting to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

To join our team, you should be excited to

Develop and optimise sales processes to enhance operational efficiency
Manage and support the entire lifecycle of tender processes, from preparation to follow-up
Generate and maintain accurate sales reports to track performance and KPIs
Provide sales forecasting insights to guide strategic planning
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to align sales strategies with company objectives
Continuously refine the overall sales strategy for maximum impact
Occasionally travel to client sites and industry events

Your Profile

Practical experience in optimising sales processes, managing tenders, analysing data, and supporting internal sales teams
Strong affinity for numbers, data analysis, and process optimisation
Highly analytical and solution-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive, and structured in your working approach
Excellent communication skills in English is a must
A team player comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively
Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites and industry events
Experience in the defence market is a plus, though a strong interest in the industry is also welcomed
