The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Operation Manager (m/f/d) to support our sales strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining sales processes and managing the full lifecycle of tender processes, along with conducting in-depth data analysis and generating accurate sales reports.
To join our team, you should be excited to- Develop and optimise sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the complete tender process—from preparation to submission and follow-ups.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports to track performance and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and finance teams to align strategic initiatives.
- Continuously refine sales strategies to maximize overall impact.
- Occasionally travel to client sites and industry events.
