The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Platform Team Leader - Software (m/f/d) to lead our Engineering strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on streamlining the deployment, testing, and production-readiness of our autonomous robotic systems and have the opportunity to contribute to various projects that bridge the gap between software, operations, and end users.

To join our team, you should be excited to
- Act as the subject matter expert on radio communications, including setup, configuration, and best practices within our robotic platforms
- Define and document deployment procedures to ensure seamless operation and integration for both teams and customers
- Serve as the key technical liaison between the software engineering team and customer-facing teams, translating field feedback into technical improvements
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers specializing in testing, cybersecurity, DevOps, and production
- Oversee the bring-up and production-readiness of our robots in close coordination with hardware and software teams
- Continuously improve the processes and tools required for scaling production of our autonomous systems
- Drive and coordinate certification efforts to meet cybersecurity and quality compliance standards
- Ensure the overall platform meets both internal and external regulatory requirements
