The Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Assistant (m/f/d) to support our team in building unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs). This job is ideal for students, career starters, or anyone looking for hands-on experience in a modern manufacturing environment. You’ll help with simple assembly work, logistics, and support tasks in the production team. No formal qualifications required – just motivation, reliability, and a willingness to get involved.

Your Profile

Reliable, hands-on, and motivated

Duration: by agreement – from a few weeks (e.g. semester or summer break) to regular part-time set up.

Wir suchen zuverlässige und motivierte Aushilfen für die Produktion, die unser Team beim Bau unbemannter Bodendrohnen (UGVs) unterstützen. Der Job eignet sich ideal für Schüler*innen (ab 16), Studierende oder alle, die praktische Erfahrung in einem modernen Produktionsumfeld sammeln möchten.
Du übernimmst einfache Montagearbeiten, hilfst bei Versand und Lager und unterstützt unsere Techniker im täglichen Betrieb.
Mindestalter: 16 Jahre
Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei Montage und Zusammenbau
Mithilfe beim Verpacken, Etikettieren und Versenden
Unterstützung im Lager und bei der Warenannahme
Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich sicherstellen
Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kolleg*innen aus der Technik

Das sollte dich begeistern

Mindestalter 16 Jahre
Handwerkliches Geschick und Interesse an Technik
Motivation, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch oder Englisch

Einsatzdauer: flexibel – von ein paar Wochen in den Semester- oder Sommerferien bis zu regelmäßigen Einsätzen
Arbeitszeiten: nach Absprache im Rahmen von Montag bis Freitag, tagsüber
