We’re looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) to develop our Human Resources strategies. - Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies for both technical and non-technical functions.
- Manage and enhance our talent acquisition tech stack to optimize workflows and reporting.
- Build a strong employer brand through strategic initiatives, engaging content, and dynamic campaigns.
- Utilize data-driven insights by defining KPIs and tracking recruiting metrics.
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and community engagement.
