The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Executive & Office Operations Manager (m/f/d) to support our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our UK office. This hybrid role combines executive assistance with office management, requiring a dynamic individual capable of multitasking and handling a variety of responsibilities.

- Executive Support:
- Manage and coordinate the schedules of senior executives, including calendar management and meeting arrangements
- Organize travel plans and logistics for executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive work environment
- Coordinate and manage office events, including company lunches and gatherings
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office matters
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Administrative Duties:
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Implement and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees
