We’re seeking a passionate Autonomous Navigation Engineer (m/f/d) to join our software team and develop unmanned ground vehicles for both governmental and civilian applications. In this role, you’ll play a crucial role in advancing autonomous capabilities for unmanned ground vehicles, collaborating with a talented team to shape the future of autonomous robotic solutions in dual-use applications.

To join our team, you should be excited to
- Design and implement perception, planning, and navigation algorithms for outdoor robotic systems operating in unstructured environments
- Develop and integrate software for multi-modal sensor fusion using data from RGB cameras, LiDAR, thermal sensors, and GPS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including robotics, hardware, and data engineering, to build and refine autonomous capabilities
- Test and validate autonomous systems in both simulation and real-world environments to ensure performance, reliability, and safety
- Document algorithms, system configurations, and development processes for internal teams and external partners
