The Role
We’re looking for a Testing and Support Specialist to join our fast-growing robotics team. You’ll play a key role in verifying, validating, and supporting the software and systems that power our next-generation unmanned ground vehicles, used in both governmental and commercial domains. From hands-on testing in the field to debugging software and supporting internal and external stakeholders, your work will ensure the reliability and robustness of our robotic platforms.

To join our team, you should be excited to
- Test and validate the complete robotic system, including communications (CAN, Ethernet, wireless), and hardware and software integration
- Perform hands-on testing in lab and field environments to ensure system reliability and robustness
- Reproduce, analyze, and report bugs and failures; work with engineering teams to resolve them
- Improve and document testing procedures, validation checklists, and issue reporting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across all subsystems
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and external customers, including field deployment support when needed
- Develop tools or scripts (e.g., in Python or Bash) to automate repetitive testing or diagnostics tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality assurance and support processes
