The Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our team to support our growing Talent Acquisition hiring strategies. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for a variety of roles across the organisation.
You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Lead to execute sourcing strategies, pre-screen candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Use various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, talent databases, and social media) to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Pre-screen candidates and conduct initial outreach to assess interest and suitability
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, such as job postings and social media content
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
- Maintain data accuracy and contribute to reporting on recruitment activities and pipeline metrics
- Support administrative aspects of recruitment, such as preparing job descriptions and organising feedback
