We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Production Lead (m/f/d) to take ownership of the entire production lifecycle for our unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) systems. You will be instrumental in scaling operations from pre-series prototypes to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance at every stage.

Working closely with engineering, supply chain, and hardware teams, you’ll turn complex system designs into robust, repeatable production processes. • Own the entire UGV production process from pre-series builds to serial manufacturing
• Establish and scale assembly lines for modular, multi-variant vehicle builds
• Oversee supply chain execution in close coordination with key suppliers and hardware leads
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and program leads to translate designs into buildable, repeatable systems
• Define and implement quality assurance measures and documentation standards
• Ensure field-readiness through production testing, diagnostics, and system validation
• Manage production KPIs – cost, yield, throughput – and drive continuous improvement
• Lead ramp-up efforts to support growing demand (to 1000s UGVs/year)
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements and export regulations
