We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to lead high-impact growth initiatives across the European defense sector. This role is instrumental in driving our market expansion, forging long-term partnerships, and winning complex government and defense contracts.
In your day-to-day role, you will focus on taking ownership of opportunity capture, shape strategic pursuits early, and lead cross-functional efforts to position our solutions with key stakeholders across the defense ecosystem.

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritise new business opportunities across defense ministries, NATO initiatives, modernisation programs, and international procurement frameworks
- Lead end-to-end capture efforts for large-scale tenders and multi-stakeholder contracts, including shaping, teaming, bid strategy, and negotiation
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with senior officials in defense ministries, armed forces, OEMs, integrators, and international partners
- Initiate and manage strategic partnerships with local and international defense companies, technology providers, and systems integrators to strengthen our competitive position
- Represent the company at major defense industry events, contribute to market intelligence, and provide guidance to leadership on regional trends, policy developments, and competitive landscape
