(Senior) Supply Chain manager (m/f/d)

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate (Senior) Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to lead the supply chain efforts for ARX Robotics, with a focus on the production of unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) and support of R&D initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier management, which enables our teams to deliver cutting-edge robotic solutions for both civilian and governmental applications.

To join our team, you should be excited to

Develop and implement strategic plans to align the supply chain with business objectives and respond to market trends
Source raw materials and goods, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
Track stock levels, plan storage needs, and manage inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to ensure product quality and reliable delivery
Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods, oversee warehousing operations, and optimize distribution networks
Analyze data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and drive process improvements for greater efficiency and cost savings

Your Profile

Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect data, identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize supply chain performance
Effective communication skills to lead teams, collaborate across internal departments such as sales, marketing, and production, and coordinate with external stakeholders
Proven problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges, mitigate disruptions, and resolve supply chain issues effectively
Skilled in negotiation to secure favorable terms and pricing with suppliers and logistics providers
High level of adaptability to embrace new technologies, drive digital transformation, and stay ahead of industry advancements
Hands-on mentality with a proactive and practical approach to daily operations
Proven track record of success and leadership in the field of supply chain management
