- Lead and develop key customer relationships within the defense sector, including both industrial and governmental partners
- Execute strategic account plans aligned with long-term customer objectives
- Identification and realisation of cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the product and service portfolio
- Experience managing R&D projects involving both software and hardware components
- Close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Marketing, Service) to ensure seamless and customer-centric delivery
- Conducting market and competitive analyses to derive actionable strategic recommendations
- Regular reporting to the Head of Sales Operations on account status, customer developments, and sales potential
