The Role
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling ARX Robotics’ global sales organisation. This executive will define and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy, drive revenue growth, and establish long-term strategic customer relationships. The VP of Sales will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to align sales execution with product strategy and company objectives.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with ARX Robotics’ growth goal.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
- Establish and manage relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead complex, high-value sales cycles, including negotiations and contract structuring.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure strong product-market fit.
- Identify new market opportunities, verticals, and geographic expansion strategies.
- Implement scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting frameworks.
- Represent ARX Robotics at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic forums.
